What exactly is Pressable, and why do you resell it?
Pressable is Automattic's managed WordPress host, the company behind WordPress.com and Jetpack, running on the same WP Cloud platform. We resell it as Automattic for Agencies partners because it's the infrastructure we trust our own site to, and reselling lets us bundle it with Jetpack licenses and our own support instead of leaving you alone with a hosting dashboard.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Us. You message Well Web and we fix it, with Pressable's 24/7 platform engineers behind us for infrastructure issues. One partner, no ping-pong between "the hosting company" and "the website people".
Am I locked in?
No. 30-day notice, and your site, content and backups are yours. We hand everything over in a portable format if you ever leave. It's the same "you own everything" promise as all our work.
What does Jetpack Complete actually give me?
Real-time backups with one-click restore, malware scanning, Akismet spam protection, fast site search, ad-free video hosting, detailed stats, social auto-posting and the Jetpack AI assistant: one license covering what would otherwise be five or six plugin subscriptions.
Can you host a shop or a busy site?
