What we collect
- What you type in the chat, so we can answer and improve the assistant.
- Name, email and order details when you buy a box or book a call.
- Technical logs (IP, browser) needed to keep the site up and stop abuse.
Who else sees it
Payments go through WooCommerce and Stripe. Hosting is Pressable (Automattic). Booking is Cal.com. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion. Write to hello@wellweb.marketing. We reply within one month.
Cookies
We store a theme preference (light/dark) and what WordPress needs to keep you logged in. The chat does not drop advertising cookies.
