Refunds
Boxes are scoped work, not downloadable files. Here is how a refund works.
Before we start the work
If you cancel before we have begun (no kickoff, no intake used), we refund the box in full.
After we start
Once work has started, the box is a service. We finish the agreed scope or we agree a partial refund in writing for the unused part. Hosting and MaaS cancel on 30 days’ notice, no lock-in.
If we miss the date
The delivery date is on the product page. If we miss it and it is our fault, you choose: we finish at no extra cost, or we refund the unused part.
If you are buying as a consumer
You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. If we have not started, that is a full refund. If you asked us to start inside those 14 days – which we ask you to confirm explicitly at that point – you can still withdraw, but you owe a proportionate amount for the work already done. Once the box is fully delivered with your consent, the right no longer applies.
Business customers are not consumers, so this section does not apply to them. The full wording is in our Terms of Service.
