Website accessibility audit and fixes · WCAG 2.2 AA · from €690 · ready in 10–21 days
We check your website against WCAG 2.2 AA, the standard behind the European Accessibility Act, and fix the issues that stop people from using it. You don’t get a report full of homework: the fixes are made in your site, and you get an accessibility statement ready to publish.
There are three fixed-price tiers: from an audit of up to 10 key page templates (€690, ready in 10 days) to complex sites and online shops with forms, checkout and team training (€2,890, ready in 21 days). You see the date before you pay.
Key takeaways
- Three fixed-price tiers: €690, €1,490 or €2,890, depending on the size and complexity of your site.
- Ready in 10, 14 or 21 days, and you see the date before you pay.
- We fix the issues in your site, not just list them.
- You get an accessibility statement that shows where your site stands.
What changes for you
- More people can buy from you. Around 87 million people in the EU live with a disability (European Commission). When they can find, choose and pay on your site, they stop leaving for a competitor.
- You know where you stand under the EAA. You get a clear record of what was checked and fixed, plus a published statement, instead of guessing.
- The site gets easier for everyone. Clearer forms, readable contrast and logical structure also help mobile visitors and search engines.
What we need from you
- Admin or developer access to your website, so we can make the fixes.
- Your key pages and journeys: for example the contact form, booking or checkout.
- One person who can answer questions while we work.
- For online shops: a way to go through checkout without a real payment, such as a test mode.
What’s not included
- Legal advice. We bring your site to WCAG 2.2 AA and document it; questions about your legal obligations are for a lawyer.
- Fixes inside third-party tools you don’t control, such as embedded booking widgets or payment pages hosted by the provider. We flag them and tell you what to ask the vendor.
- Accessible versions of PDFs and other documents.
- Ongoing monitoring after delivery. For that, Your team covers it monthly.
How it works
- Buy the box. The delivery date is fixed at checkout.
- Tell us about your site. A short intake about your platform, key pages and journeys, plus access to the site.
- We audit. Automated checks plus manual testing, with every issue rated by how badly it blocks people, not just listed.
- We fix and retest. Fixes are made in your site; on Business and Pro we retest to confirm what changed.
- You publish the statement. Your accessibility statement goes live. On Pro, your team also gets documentation and training.
Fixed price. Clear timeline. You own every account, asset and result from day one.
Frequently asked questions
If you sell products or services to consumers in the EU through a website or app, very likely yes, wherever your company is based. The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025 and explicitly covers e-commerce. Microenterprises providing services are exempt: fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet of no more than €2 million, and both conditions must be met.
WCAG 2.2 at level AA. Under the EAA, websites are assessed against the European standard EN 301 549, which currently points to WCAG 2.1 AA. WCAG 2.2 includes everything in 2.1 plus newer checks, and the next version of EN 301 549 is moving to 2.2, so you won’t need to redo the work.
No. Widgets and overlays add a toolbar on top of the site but leave the underlying problems in the code, so they don’t make a site accessible or satisfy the EAA. We fix the issues in the site itself.
With us, the price includes the fixes, not just the audit: €690 for up to 10 key page templates, €1,490 for the whole site with keyboard and screen-reader testing, or €2,890 for complex sites and online shops with checkout and team training. You see the price and the delivery date before you pay.
Each EU country sets its own penalties and enforcement bodies, and consumers can complain. In some countries, disability organisations have already taken retailers to court. Beyond the legal risk, every customer who can’t use your checkout is a lost sale.
Startup suits a smaller site with a handful of page types, such as a service or brochure site. Business is the most chosen: it covers every page and adds keyboard and screen-reader testing. Pro is for online shops and complex sites where forms, cart and checkout have to work for everyone.
We work with most platforms, including WordPress and Shopify. On closed builders such as Wix, some fixes depend on what the platform allows; we tell you in the audit what can and can’t be changed.
It’s a public page that explains how your site meets accessibility requirements, what isn’t accessible yet and how people can report a problem. The EAA requires service providers to make this information available, and an accessibility statement is the usual way to do it.
New pages and content can break accessibility again. Pro includes documentation and training for your team; if you’d rather we keep an eye on it, Your team covers that monthly.
